The Razer Phone: The Ultimate in Mobile Entertainment

On November 1 in London – Razer officially presented his largest product of this year – Razer Phone. This is the first device from the mobile section of Razer (after the acquisition of Nextbit), and was created with games in mind, which can be stated with the rest of its specification. The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 835 processor, in cooperation with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of memory for data (expandable to 2TB using microSD). The whole is powered by a 4000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ fast charging technology. The smartphone is equipped with a dual band WiFi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC.

The 5.72-inch QuadHD IGZO LCD screen is expected to be the first in the world to support 120Hz refresh, which eliminates smudging and lag. The smartphone is equipped with a dual camera – one wide angle: 12 MP AF f1.75 and a second one: 12 MP AF f2.6. On the front, the 8 MP FF f2.0 camera was placed.

Razer Phone is equipped with Dolby Atmos technology to provide real cinematic sound through stereo speakers placed on the front of the device. The THX-certified USB-C audio adapter with 24-bit DAC is designed to guarantee audiophile sound quality.

The design of the smartphone is very similar to the Nextbit Robin, but unlike it, the casing was made of aluminum. The Razer Phone operating system is Android Nougat 7.1.1, and the update to Oreo is scheduled for the spring of 2018.

The device will be available on November 17, 2018. The Razer Phone price is: 749.99 € and it can be bought via the Three Europe telecom (Great Britain, Ireland, Denmark and Sweden) or the store.

A limited edition version of the Razer Phone Special Edition (1337 sets) will also be on sale and will be equipped with a green three-headed hose logo on the tailgate (the standard edition has a chrome logo).
